We've made it our job to be easy to work with. Here's everything your venue coordinator or wedding planner will need to know before confirming the booking.
Minimum 3m × 3m footprint for most setups. A little extra space improves guest flow. We confirm exact requirements per experience during the planning stage.
One standard 220V plug point within 15–20 metres of the booth. An extension lead is included in our kit. Generator power is accommodated where required.
We arrive 60–90 minutes before guest arrival. Setup and testing is complete before anyone walks through the door. We plan our arrival around your venue's access schedule.
Indoor setups work perfectly. Outdoor setups require cover — a marquee, shaded terrace, or undercover area. We assess this during venue consultation and advise honestly.
We're based in Cape Town and service the Winelands, Overberg, and Garden Route regularly. We travel nationally for weddings. Travel fees apply beyond the Cape Peninsula.

Yes. Every booking includes a custom print template designed to match your aesthetic, your names, wedding date, monogram, or a design that follows your stationery. Backdrop options can be selected to complement your venue palette, and the standby screen is personalised to your event. We walk you through all of this during the pre-wedding consultation.

Yes, with conditions. Covered or sheltered outdoor spaces work well, a marquee, shaded terrace, or undercover courtyard. Completely open outdoor setups are subject to weather and ambient lighting, which we assess during your venue consultation. We’ll always give you an honest recommendation about what will and won’t produce great results.
We aim to arrive 60-90 minutes before your guests. Setup and a full test session are typically complete within 45 minutes. We coordinate our arrival time with your venue’s access schedule and your wedding planner’s run-of-day, so the timing fits seamlessly into what’s already been planned.
For weddings, as early as possible, popular Saturdays in peak season (October through April) can fill 9-12 months in advance. We recommend enquiring as soon as you have a confirmed date and venue. Send us your details and we’ll confirm availability within a few hours.
