Minimum 2m × 3m footprint for the booth and backdrop. A little extra space improves guest flow. We'll confirm exact requirements during booking.
One standard 220V plug point within 10 metres of the booth location. An extension lead is included in our kit.
We arrive 60-90 minutes before guest arrival. Setup and test session are typically complete within 45 minutes. We're ready before you need us to be.
For weddings: activate during cocktail hour and run through the first hour of dinner. For events: 30–45 minutes after doors open, until roughly an hour before close.
Yes, with conditions. Covered or sheltered outdoor spaces work well — a marquee, shaded terrace, or undercover courtyard. Open-air setups are subject to weather and ambient light, which we assess during your venue consultation. We'll always give honest guidance on what will and won't produce great images.

For weddings, we recommend booking as soon as you have a confirmed date and venue — popular Saturdays in peak season (October through April) can fill 9–12 months in advance. For corporate events and parties, 4–8 weeks typically provides enough lead time, though we accommodate shorter notice where availability allows.
